WHAT TO DO PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST VISIT

Booking your initial appointment can be accomplished by visiting our booking site where you can see the available times or by calling us at 985.888.9998.

Once you have booked your initial appointment online or over the phone, you will be sent a new patient information form. On this form, you will provide information about your symptoms, past treatments and overall medical health. This will provide us with some valuable information about yourself so Dr. Alicia can diagnose your condition and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

These required forms are available so that you can have it filled out prior to arrival at your first appointment. If you are unable to fill out these files prior to your visit, we ask that you arrive about 15-20 minutes early to your first visit to allow enough time to fill out this paperwork.

INITIAL CHIROPRACTIC VISIT

Once you have check in and all of your new patient paperwork in complete, a member of the staff will guide you to the waiting room. When ready, Dr. Alicia will bring you back to her examination room where she will gather necessary information and conduct a thorough examination.

This is done in order to create a safe and effective treatment plan that will improve pain and restore function while addressing the root of the problem instead of simply treating symptoms.

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS

As a military spouse, Dr. Alicia is proud to offer a discount to the military, police, firefighters and their immediate families.

WHY WE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE

Insurance companies are a business which means their goal is to make money, not provide healthcare. We have seen an increase in premiums for less service. These increased premiums have also come with more paperwork and an increase in denials.

We are all for capitalism, however, we would like to see healthcare put back in the hands of patients and their physicians.  Our solution for this issue is affordable family health care that can be paid for before you leave the office.  A visit to our office is usually the same cost and at times less expensive than a visit to another chiropractic office that accepts insurance.

If you have insurance, we can provide you with the appropriate documentation to file with your insurance provider if you want to submit a claim.
